Obtaining
Lapis Lazuli Rings can be enchanted into Ring of Lucks using an Enchant Sapphire Tablet.
Usage
Rings of Luck provide the mob effect Luck (improving fishing loot chances) when worn and improve the chance of receiving gems from rocks/ore blocks and bird nests from normal/birch trees from 1/128 (0.8%) to 1/86 (1.2%). For the latter, it stacks with Strung Rabbit Foot, providing an improvement to 1/42 (2.4%) from 1/86 (1.2%).
