Mind Altars are a Runecrafting structure found in various taiga and mountainous biomes.
Mind Altars are used to craft Mind Runes from Rune Essence or Pure Essence with a Runecrafting level requirement of 2, providing 5.5 Runecrafting XP per rune.
Generation
Mind Altars generate in Old Growth Pine Taiga, Old Growth Spruce Taiga, Taiga, Windswept Hills, Windswept Gravelly Hills, Windswept Forest, Meadow, Jagged Peaks and Stony Peaks biomes.
Tiara
Mind Tiaras may be made at Mind Altars by using a Tiara on the central altar block while both the tiara and the respective talisman are in the inventory.
Imbuing a tiara at a Mind Altar gives 27.5 Runecrafting XP.
