Water Altars are a Runecrafting structure found in swamp biomes.
Water Altars are used to craft Water Runes from Rune Essence or Pure Essence with a Runecrafting level requirement of 5, providing 6 Runecrafting XP per rune.
Generation
Water Altars generate in Swamp and Mangrove Swamp biomes.
Tiara
Water Tiaras may be made at Water Altars by using a Tiara on the central altar block while both the tiara and the respective talisman are in the inventory.
Imbuing a tiara at a Water Altar gives 30 Runecrafting XP.
