Chisels are a possible trade from Craftsman villagers.

Usage
Chisels are used to cut gems such as Opals, Lapis Lazuli and Sapphire. At 1 Crafting, there is a roughly 50% chance of accidentally crushing Opals[2]; which results in a Crushed Gem.
