Air Altars are a Runecrafting structure found in various mountainous biomes.
Air Altars are used to craft Air Runes from Rune Essence or Pure Essence with a Runecrafting level requirement of 1, providing 5 Runecrafting XP per rune.
Generation
Air Altars generate in Windswept Hills, Windswept Gravelly Hills, Windswept Forest, Meadow, Stony Peaks, Savanna Plateau, Windswept Savanna, Eroded Badlands, Jagged Peaks, Frozen Peaks and Snowy Slopes biomes.
Tiara
Air Tiaras may be made at Air Altars by using a Tiara on the central altar block while both the tiara and the respective talisman are in the inventory.
Imbuing a tiara at an Air Altar gives 25 Runecrafting XP.
