Obtaining

Unenchanted Enchant Sapphire Tablets or Clay Balls can be turned into Enchant Sapphire Tablets if used on a lectern with at least 4 Water Runes and 4 Cosmic Runes in the inventory.

Usage

Enchant Sapphire Tablets will enchant any opal, lapis lazuli or sapphire jewelry in the player's inventory upon being used while consuming the tablet.
