Fire Altars generate in Desert, Badlands, Eroded Badlands and Wooded Badlands biomes.

==Tiara==
[[Fire Tiara]]s may be made at Fire Altars by using a [[Tiara]] on the central altar block while both the tiara and the respective talisman are in the inventory. 

Imbuing a tiara at a Fire Altar gives 35 Runecrafting XP.
